The AGH University of Krakow Occupational Health and Safety Unit would like to inform you about the compulsory training on safe and healthy learning conditions (BHK/S), which is required for all students beginning their studies at AGH in the winter semester of 2026/27.
This includes students who have been admitted as a result of recruitment, transfer from another university or a foreign university, confirmation of learning outcomes, or resumption of studies. It also includes students who have been admitted to study or undertake internships under exchange programmes and bilateral agreements.
The Safe and Healthy Learning Conditions (BHK/S) course will be delivered on the University's e-Learning Platform (UPeL) between 15 September and 15 October 2026.
STEP 1: Click on the following link and log in to the UPeL platform using your university email login details:
STEP 2: Enrol on the course. Enrollment key: student2026en
STEP 3: Complete all the activities included in the course.
Information regarding the completion of the Safe and Healthy Learning Conditions (BHK/S) training course will be recorded in the USOS system within five days of the course ending.
A student who fails to complete the Safe and Healthy Learning Conditions (BHK/S) course by the scheduled deadline for unforeseen reasons may submit a request to the Dean for an excuse and permission to complete the course by an extended deadline no later than seven days after the course ends.
PLEASE NOTE! The lecturer can check the USOS system to see if a student has completed the BHK/S training. If a student has failed to complete the training without a valid reason, the lecturer may refuse them entry to the class.
